🚫No Returns or Refunds

Please note, we do not offer refunds in cash or to the original payment method. We strongly encourage all customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.


❌ Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer assistance only if the following conditions are met:

Claim Process:

- You must record a complete unboxing video showing:

  • The sealed package (before opening)
  • The shipping label should be shown in video.
  • The entire unboxing process in one continuous, uncut, and unpaused video
  • The damaged item clearly visible.

- The video must be emailed toΒ aahvibykash@gmail.com within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the order.

- Our team will verify the video and assess whether it meets all the required checkpoints.

- If your claim is approved, we will contact you via phone to guide you through the replacement process.


Important Guidelines:

  • Edited, paused, or cut videos will not be accepted.
  • Claims made after 2 days (48 hours) of delivery will not be considered.
  • No replacements or claims will be processed without valid proof as specified above.
